摘    要:
目的:探讨霉酚酸对白蛋白刺激肾小管上皮细胞趋化因子RANTES表达的影响。方法:培养大鼠肾小管上皮细胞(NRK-52E),分别加入白蛋白或/和霉酚酸。应用RT-PCR方法测定RANTES mRNA表达,应用Western blot测定RANTES蛋白的表达。结果:白蛋白呈时间依赖性上调肾小管上皮细胞RANTES mRNA和蛋白表达增加。霉酚酸可抑制肾小管上皮细胞RANTES的表达。结论:霉酚酸可抑制白蛋白引起的肾小管上皮细胞分泌RANTES而发挥其抗炎作用。

Abstract:
Objective: To investigate the effect of mycophenolic acid(MPA) on the expression of chemokines RANTES in renal tubular epithelial cells stimulated by albumin.Methods: The renal tubular epithelial NRK-52E cells were incubated in the presence of albumin(30 g/L) with or without MPA.Expression of mRNA was analyzed by RT-PCR.Expression of protein RANTES was assessed by Western blot.Results: Albumin stimulated expression of RANTES mRNA and protein in a time-dependent manner.MPA inhibited albumin-induced the expression of RANTES.Conclusion: MPA may inhibit the expression of RANTES in renal tubular epithelial cells.
