泻痢消胶囊治疗湿热泄泻108例临床观察

目的：评价泻痢消胶囊治疗湿热内蕴所致泄泻的临床疗效及安全性。方法：以复方黄连素片为阳性对照的随机临床试验。结果：试验组总有效率为89．5％，对照组为88．6％。（P〉0．05），两组总有效率相同；在大便泄泻、腹胀腹痛、食欲不振、肠鸣、口渴、小便短黄单项症状比较方面，两组单项症状消失率疗效基本相同（P〉0．05）；两组治疗前后积分下降明显（P〈0．001），说明治疗湿热内蕴所致泄泻均有效。结论：“泻痢消胶囊”对湿热内蕴所致泄泻治疗效果明显，未发现不良反应。

The Clinical Observation for the 108 Endoretention of Damp Heat Samples that Taken Xie Li Xiao Capsules

Objective ： Evaluation the curative effects and safety of Xie Li Xiao capsules which treat for diarrhea leaded by endoretention of damp heat. Method ： group in the random clinical experiments. Result： The Taking compounded berberine tablets as a positive control efficacious rate of the group of Xie Li Xiao capsules is 89.5% ; the efficacious rate of the group of compounded berberine tablets is 88.6% （P 〉 0. 05）. The efficiencies of two groups are same. the two group＇ sefficacious rates of mitigating symptoms included diarrhea, burbulence, abdominal pain, inappetence, rugitus, yellow urine, less urine are similar with each other （P 〉 O. 05）. It is indicated that the Xie Li Xiao capsules are useful to treat the endoretention of damp heat from observing the researches statistics which are gathered before treating and after treating. Conclusion： The Xie Li Xiao capsules are effective to cure diarrhea and there did not appear side effects.
