中药羌活的化学成分研究

目的：对中药羌活进行化学成分研究，寻找其活性成分。方法：将干燥的羌活药材先用95％乙醇提取，再分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取，对乙酸乙酯萃取物进行硅胶柱层析分离，得到纯化合物后用核磁共振、质谱结合物理化学常数进行结构鉴定。结果：从羌活中分离得到5个化合物，即哥伦比亚苷元、哥伦比亚苷、羌活醇、异欧前胡素和b-谷甾醇。结论：香豆素类是羌活的主要化学成分。

Study on Chemical Constituents of Notopterygium

Objective：To investigate the active constituents of the roots of Notopterygium.Methods：The dried roots of Notopterygium were extracted with 95% ethanol first and the ethanol extracted part was separated into three parts,sueh as the petroleum ether extraeted part,the ethyl acetate extraeted part and the normal butanol extracted part.The ethyl acetate extracted part was subjected to siliea gel eolumn ehromatography to get the pure compounds, then the struetures were determined by NMR,MS data.Result：Five compounds,columbianetin,bolumbiananin,notopterol,isoimperatorin and b-sitosterol, were obtained from the roots of Notopterygium.Conclusion：Among five compounds,four compounds are eoumarins,so eoumarins are major constituents of the roots of Notopterygium.
