头孢曲松不良反应回顾性分析

目的：了解头孢曲松的不良反应（ADR）及影响ADR的相关因素。方法：全面收集1991年至2007年有关头孢曲松ADR的文献资料，将文献分为同期对照临床研究、个案或典型病例报告2类，进行归类整理、分析。结果：同期对照临床研究文献93篇纳入统计，其中使用头孢曲松总人数6496例，发生ADR205例，ADR发生率为3．16％，主要表现为消化系统反应44．88％（92／205）和过敏反应33．17％（68／205）；个案或典型病例报告文献有130篇，发生ADR248例，主要为过敏反应55．65％（138／248）、血液系统反应16．53％（41／248）。结论：头孢曲松主要ADR为过敏反应、消化系统反应和血液系统反应。头孢曲松ADR文献可利用率不高，质量有待于进一步提高。

Retrospective Study of Adverse Drug Reactions of Ceftriaxone

Objective： To investigate the adverse drug reactions （ADRs） of ceftriaxone and the relevant influencing factors. Methods： The literature about the ADRs of ceftriaxone during 1991 - 2007 were collected and classified into two groups, the control clinical group and the case report group. The data was sorted out and analyzed. Results： There were 93 literatures in the control clinical group. 6 496 cases in total were adopted ceftriaxone and 205 cases were reported with ADRs. The rate of ADRs were 3.16%. The main ADRs of ceftriaxone included digestive system reaction （44.88%, 92/205） and allergic reaction （33.17%, 68/205）. There were 130 literatures in the typical cases report group. 248 cases were reported with ADRs, primarily including allergic reactions （55.65%, 138/248）, followed by the lesion of hematological system （16.53%, 41/248）. Conclusion： The ADRs of ceftriaxone mainly includs allergic reactions, the lesion of digestive system and hematological system. The ADR utilizable rate of the references about ceftriaxone is so poor that the quality of the literature needs to be improved.
