摘    要:目的:探讨新型负压封闭引流(VSD-D型)技术联合游离皮片移植在修复乳腺癌术后皮瓣坏死创面中的应用价值。方法对2014年3月至2014年8月处理的16例乳腺癌术后皮瓣存活不良局部创面坏死的病例,在创面封闭前期治疗中使用VSD-D型引流观察创面肉芽的生长情况,根据创面条件,Ⅱ期采用皮片移植修复创面。结果本组全部病例在使用VSD-D型后创面肉芽生长良好,结合后期游离皮片移植修复,全部病例创面均被修复,效果满意。结论 VSD-D型在修复乳腺癌术后残留创面上具有操作方便、缩短病程、促进肉芽生长的疗效,为Ⅱ期手术创造了良好条件。

Application of novel vacuum sealing drainage in repairing wound following operation of breast cancer

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of novel vacuum sealing drainage (Type VSD-D),together with free skin grafting,in repairing wound due to skin flap necrosis following operation of breast cancer.Methods From Mar 2014 to Aug 2014,a novel vacuum sealing drainage (Type VSD-D)was used,in early stage of wound sealing treatment,to treat 16 patients with local skin flap necrosis following operation of breast cancer in our hospital.Five to seven days later,the device was removed and the situation of wounds and granula-tion tissues were observed.Free skin grafting was performed to repair the wound surface according to the wound situation.Results All gran-ulation tissues of the wounds due to skin flap necrosis grew and developed well when dealt with this type VSD-D technique.All 16 cases re-covered satisfactorily after skin grafting and wound healing.Conclusion The novel vacuum sealing drainage (Type VSD-D)is a technique simple to use,with the clinical efficacy of course shortening and granulation promoting in repairing wound due to skin flap necrosis following operation of breast cancer,and might make good preparation for subsequent operation.
