《黄帝内经》建构中医药理论的基本范畴——五行

春秋战国时期,五行范畴基本完善成熟,它把社会物质生活中的事物归纳起来分为五种基本类型,赋予哲理,认为这五类基本物质要素相互统一,相互补充,构成了一个完整而又圆满的物质存在系统。"五行"范畴移植于中医药学,为中医药理论带来了一种思维方式,建立起一个以"五行"为思维起点,以自然界的五方、五气,人体的五脏为基本骨架的天人相应的理论结构框架,使中医药理论自始至终贯穿着以五脏为中心的多因素、多层次地考虑人体的生理、病理活动的整体观念。

The category of five elements had consummated in the Spring and Autumn and the Warring States Periods.The five elements emerged from the observation of the various groups of dynamic processes,functions and characteristics in the natural world.It thoughts that the five elements are mutual united and supplementary.The category of five elements brings a new thinking mode into the theory of TCM,establishes a theory of man,as a microcosm,is connected with the macrocosm which is on the basis of five orientations,five kinds of elements and five organs.It makes integer conception,which regards five viscera as a center and considers human physiological and pathological activities from multiple factors and multiple levels,follow through the TCM theory.
