| 摘 要： | 目的探讨椎体成形术治疗脊椎转移性肿瘤的临床意义。方法对16例脊椎转移性肿瘤病人行椎体成形术进行临床疗效观察。结果术后24h疼痛明显缓解8例,部分缓解7例,不缓解1例。术后随访6个月,有1例患者死亡,2例患者疼痛加剧。有效率为75%。结论椎体成形术为生存时间短的脊椎转移性肿瘤患者提供了一种创伤小,恢复时间短,症状明显改善的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To make a clinical evaluation on treating vertebras metastatic tamer with PVP. Methods The clinical therapeutic effects of treating vertebras metastatic tumor with PVP in the 16 cases were retrospected . Results Pain remarkably relieved in 8 cases , partly relieved in 7 cases , not relieved in 1 case 24 h postoperatively . Patients were followed up for 6 months , 1 case died , 2 case had aggravation in pain . the effective power was 75%. Conclusion PVP provides with patients of vertebras metastatic tumor who had a relatively short live time a minimal invasive treatment which can remarkably relieve the symptoms and take the patients short time for recovery. |
