异位妊娠失血性休克86例临床分析

目的：探讨异位妊娠失血性休克的在，好发对象及不如抗凝剂回输自身血的可行性，方法：通过对86例患者病因，术中情况及直接回输自身血进行分析，结果：86例患者中已有孕育史者70例，占81．4％，22－30岁58人占67．4％，手术史22例占25．6％，宫腔操作史67例占77．9％，术中见以破裂型为主，不如抗凝剂回输血体自78例，回输血率90．7％，结论：加强妇女保健意识，以有已孕育史者和有手术史，宫腔操作史患者为重点监测对象，不加抗凝剂回输自身血安全，可靠。

Clinical Analysis of 86 Cases of Ectopic Gravida with Hemorrhagic Shoch

Objective:To explore the cause of hemorrhagic shock due to ectopic pregnancy, apt to suffer from ectopic pregnancy and the feasibility of autotransfusion without anticoagulin.Methods:The cause of hemorrhagic shock of 86 ectopic gravida, the condition during operation,and direct autotransfusion were analysed. Results:70 (81.4%) patients had pregnancy history; 58 (67.4%) were aged of 22 to 30 years;22 (25.6%) had operation history; 67 (77.9%) had intrauterine operation history.Autotransfusion was performed in 78 patients (90.7%). During operation the ruptured interstitial pregnancy was found in the majority of these patients.Conclusion:It is necessary to enhance women's health consciousness and to surveil the patients with pregnancy, operation,and intrauterine operation history.It is safe for patients to be given with autotransfusion without anticoagulin.
