腹部手术后早期肠梗阻的临床诊治分析

目的探讨腹部手术后早期肠梗阻的临床特点以及治疗措施.方法对本院收治的腹部手术后早期肠梗阻的35例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果31例肠梗阻均发生于术后3~9 d,主要表现为腹胀、腹痛和呕吐,腹部X线平片显示有液气平面等梗阻征象;其中29例经保守治疗后治愈出院,平均住院时间7.5d,2例患者保守治疗无效后行手术治疗后治愈,平均住院时间15.2d.结论腹部手术后早期肠梗阻多发生于术后2周内,具典型肠梗阻症状和体征,多为炎性梗阻,保守治疗为首选的治疗方法.

Clinical diagnosis and treatment analysis of early postoperative small bowel obstruction

Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and therapeutical measures of early postoperative small bowel obstruction. Methods The clinical data of 31 early postoperative small bowel obstruction patients were selected and analyzed retrospectively. Results The obstruction all occurred within 3-9 d postoperation.The main clinical manifestations were abdominal distension,stomachache and vomiting.The abdominal X-ray showed that there were liquid-gas plane and obstruction signs.29 patients were cured by conservative treatments and the hospital stays were 7.5d.Other 2 patients were cured by surgical treatments and the hospital stays were15.2d. Conclusions Early postoperative small bowel obstruction generally occurred within two weeks postoperation.Most of the obstructions were inflammatory obstructions.Conservative treatment should be preferred therapeutic method.
