甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击治疗甲状腺眼病45例疗效观察

[目的]观察甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击疗法治疗甲状腺眼病的治疗效果。[方法]甲状腺眼病患者45例,用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠加入5%葡萄糖溶液或生理盐水中静滴,后改口服泼尼松。观察甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击疗法治疗甲状腺眼病的治疗效果。[结果]45例患者眼部症状和体征有不同程度的改善,总有效率75.6%。治疗前后眼病体征明显改善(P0.05)。[结论]甲状腺眼病应用甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠冲击疗法治疗临床效果显著。

Graves' Ophthalmopathy Treated with Methylprednisolone

[Objective]To explore the effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy.[Methods]Selectively 45cases of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy were treated with Methylprednisolone 500mg added into saline or Glucose,QD ivgtt for 3-5 days and next with oral prednisone 40mg,QD p.o for 4 days.After the course,we explored the effect of in the treatment of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy.[Results]Most symptoms of eye in 45 cases of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy were relieved and 75.6%cases had an improvement after the course.When compared before treatment,the degrees of exophthalmos in 27 cases（60%）had an improvement of 1-4.5mm,signs of eye obviously improved（P〈0.05））and the total efficacy of treatment was achieved（P〈0.05）after the course.[Conclusions]The satisfactory effect of methylprednisolone in the treatment of Graves＇ ophthalmopathy was achieved.
