根治幽门螺杆菌对非甾体消炎药致消化性溃疡治疗效果的影响

目的：研究幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的根除对长期服用非甾体消炎药（NSAID）致消化性溃疡愈合和复发的影响方法：将71例长期服用NSAID的消化性溃疡患者分为Hp阳性奥美拉唑组26例，Hp阳性奥美拉唑加阿莫西林组24例，Hp阴性奥美拉唑组21例，3组的用药时间均为6周。追踪溃疡愈合者43例，并分为Hp根除组13例，Hp持续阳性组16例，Hp持续阴性组14例。均停用抗溃疡药物，继服用NSAID6个月后复查.结果：3组溃疡愈合率依次为A组65．4％，B组75．0％，C组71．4％，3组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05）Hp根除组、Hp持续阳性组、Hp持续阴性组累计溃疡复发率分别为30．8％，43．8％，28．6％，3组比较差异无显著性（P〉0．05），结论：根除Hp不能提高NSAID相关消化性溃疡的愈合率，亦不能降低其复发率．

The Influence of Radical Treatment of helicobacter pylori on Efficacy of Treatment Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drugs to Cause Peptic Ulcer

Objective：To explore the impact of treating helicobacter pylori（Hp） radically on efficacy on healing and recurrence of peptic ulcer patients who took non-steroid anti-inflammatory drugs（NSAID） long-term. Methods：71 patients with peptic ulcer who took NSAID long-term were divided into Hp positive omeprazole group（21 cases） , Hp positive omeprazole add amoxicillin group（26 cases） and Hp negative omeprazole group （21 cases）. Three groups all treated 6 weeks. We follow up 43 patients with peptic ulcer who divided Hp radical treatment group（ 13 cases）, Hp continue positive group（ 16 cases） and Hp continue negative group（ 14 cases） . Countercheck after taking NASID 6 months after disusing anti-ulcer drugs. Result： The each healing rate of three groups was 65.4% ,75.0% ,71.4% , comparison of three groups were not significance difference（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Radical treatment of helicobacter pylori can not raise the heal rate and recurrence rate of peptic ulcer with NASID.
