面罩间歇负压辅助通气对COPD呼吸肌疲劳的治疗作用

摘    要:目的 探索经面罩间歇负压通气对慢性阻塞性肺部疾病呼吸肌疲劳的治疗作用。方法 对慢性阻塞性肺部疾病 (COPD)患者进行面罩间歇负压通气 ,利用微型负压调节泵使呼气相负压值为 - 5cmH2 O ,每天通气 1h ,连续应用 7d ,观察患者的肺功能、动脉血气、呼吸肌肌力改变。结果 与对照组相比 ,治疗组COPD患者的MEP、FEV1.0 、FEV1.0 %、MVV、PaCO2 均有显著性改善 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 面罩间歇负压通气对慢性阻塞性肺部疾病呼吸肌疲劳有较为肯定的治疗作用

Abstract:Objective\ To evaluate effects of intermittent negative pressure ventilation via mouth-nosal mask on respiratory muscle strength,pulmonary function and arterial blood-gas of COPD patients.Methods\ 52 patients with COPD were randomly grouped into two groups,S and C groups.The S group was applied with intermittent negative pressure ventilation via mouth-nosal mask,and the C group with the common treatment modality.The parameters including pH value,PaO 2,PaCO 2,SaO 2,MIP,MEP,MVV,FVC,FEV 1.0 ,FEV 1.0 % were measured before and after the treatments.Results\ After treatment,PaCO 2,MEP,MVV,FEV 1.0 ,FEV 1.0 % of S group's are increased significantly (P<0.05) than those of C group's.Conclusions\ Intermittent negative pressure ventilation via mouth-nosal mask might reduce respiratory muscle fatigue of COPD patients,and also improve the pulmonary function.
