不同照顾者照顾情境下老年慢性病患者自我感受负担的调查分析

目的:探讨住院老年慢性病患者在不同照顾者提供照顾的情境下其自我感受负担的状况。方法:以患者一般资料调查问卷、日常生活能力量表和自我感受负担量表作为测量工具,对72名住院老年慢性病患者进行调查。结果:老年慢性病患者中90.28%的患者生活自理能力有缺陷;77.78%的患者自我感受到轻度至重度的负担;由配偶组照顾的老年慢性病患者自我感受负担高于子女组(F=5.26,P=0.026)和护工组、保姆组(F=8.19,P=0.001)。结论:护理人员应了解老年慢性病患者自我感受负担状况,特别要关注由配偶照顾的群体,调动可利用的社会支持系统,提供有针对性的护理措施,提高护理服务质量,从而达到减轻老年慢性病患者自我感受负担的目的,提高其身心健康水平。

Investigation of self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic diseases under different care-giver conditions

Objective： To explore the self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic diseases under different care-giver conditions. Methods： We investigated 72 hospitalized elderly patients with chronic diseases by demographic questionnaire, Activity of Daily Living Scale and Self-perceived Burden Scale. Results： About 90.28% elderly patients with chronic diseases had self-care ability deficiency and 77.78% patients＇ perceived moderate to serious burden. The scores of self-perceived burden among patients who were taken care of by their spouses were higher than those of patients who were take care of by their children （F=5.26, P=0.026） or the haired caregivers （F=8.19, P=0.001） Conclusion： The nurses should pay attention to the self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic diseases, especially the patients with spouses as caregivers. The nurses should mobilize available social support system, provide targeted nursing measures, and improve the quality of nursing service to reduce the self-perceived burden of elderly patients with chronic diseases and to improve their psychosomatic health.
