宫腔镜腹腔镜联合诊治不孕70例分析

目的探讨宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的应用价值。方法采用宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症患者70例。手术方法分离粘连、输卵管伞端成形术、输卵管造口术、卵巢囊肿剥离、卵巢楔形切除术、腹腔镜监视下宫腔镜检查及插管通液。结果手术后68例随访者,妊娠36例,妊娠率51.43%。妊娠时间最短于手术后1个月,最长于术后16个月怀孕,其中2例（2.86%）发生输卵管妊娠,1例自然流产（（1.43%）。结论宫腔镜、腹腔镜联合诊治术是不孕症的有效诊治方法。

Analysis of 70 Cases of Infertility of the Diagnosis and Treatment by Hysteroscopy Combined with Laparoscopy

Objective Investigate the application effect of diagnosis and treatment by hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in infertility.Methods Use hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in 70 cases of infertility.Surgical method separation adhesion,oviduct umbrella end angioplasty,oviduct creates mouth art,ovarian cyst detachment,ovarian wedge resection,laparoscopic surveillance inspection and intubation under hysteroscopy on fluid.Results After surgery,68 cases by follow-up,in which,36 cases have been pregnant,the pregnancy rate was 51.43%.Pregnancy in shortest time is one month after the operation,and the longest is 16 months,among them,2 cases（2.86%） occurred tubal pregnancy and 1 case of natural abortion（（1.43%）.Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment by hysteroscope combined with laparoscope is an effective diagnostic method to infertility.
