MVD和EphA3在大肠癌及大肠腺瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘    要:目的探讨微血管密度(MVD)和酪氨酸蛋白激酶受体EphA3在大肠癌中表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学技术,检测CD31、EphA3蛋白在80例大肠癌、20例大肠腺瘤、10例大肠正常组织中表达情况,并计算MVD值,分析MVD与EphA3蛋白的关系及其与临床病理因素之间的关系。结果(1)大肠癌组织、大肠腺瘤和大肠正常组织中MVD值分别为(89.78±14.31)、(49.35±4.12)、(20.90±2.42),三者比较差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。(2)EphA3在大肠癌组织中的表达明显高于正常大肠组织(P〈0.01)。(3)MVD与大肠癌分化程度、淋巴结转移、浸润深度及TNM分期显著相关(P〈0.01);EphA3的阳性表达与大肠癌淋巴结转移、浸润深度、TNM分期有关(P〈0.05)。(4)EphA3在大肠癌中表达与MVD呈正相关(r=0.361,P〈0.01)。结论MVD及EphA3与大肠癌的生长、浸润转移有关,对于大肠癌的早期诊断、判断预后等具有重要临床意义。

Abstract:Objective To study the expression of microvessel density(MVD) and tyrosine protein kinase receptors EphA3 in colorectal cancer(CRC) and its relationship with clinical pathological features. Methods Immunohistochemistry method was used to detect the expression of CD31 and EphA3 in 80 cases of CRC, 20 cases of colorectal adenoma(Ad) and 10 cases of colorectal normal mucosa(NM), then calculated the MVD, analyzed the relations between MVD and EphA3 and its relationship with clinical pathological factors. Results (1)CRC, Ad and NM MVD were (89.78± 14.31), (49.35 ± 4. 12), (20. 90 ±2.42), three differences were statistically significant(P 〈0.01). (2)EphA3 in CRC was significantly higher than in NM (P〈0.01). (3)The MVD of colorectal CRC was closely correlated with differentiation grade, invasive depth, lymphnode me tastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.01). The expression of EphA3 was related with invasive depth, lymphnode metastasis and TNM stage(P〈0.05). (4)The expression of MVD was significantly correlated with the expression of EphA3 (r= 0. 361, P〈0.01). Conclusion MVD and EphA3 have related with growth and metastasis of CRC, and have important clinical significance in early diagnosis and evaluation of prognosis of CRC.
