宫颈癌中Cx43的表达

目的检测Cx43在正常宫颈、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变以及宫颈癌中的表达情况,分析其与宫颈癌相关临床病理指标的联系,探讨其在宫颈癌发生、发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组织、宫颈癌组织中Cx43表达差异情况。结果Cx43在正常宫颈组织、宫颈上皮内瘤样病变、宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为80.0%、52.2%、50.0%。三组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),而宫颈上皮内瘤样病变组与正常宫颈组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。宫颈癌中高中分化癌组与低分化癌组Cx43蛋白的阳性表达率分别为73.9%、7.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Cx43在宫颈癌的发生发展中起抑制作用。

The expression of Cx43 in cervical carcinomas

Objective To study the expression of Cx43 in normal cervical epithelia,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinomas and to evaluate their relationship with clinical pathological features are to understand the role of them in cervical carcinoma.Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to determine the expression of Cx43 in normal cervical epithelia,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinomas.Results The positive expression of Cx43 was 80.0%,52.2% and 50.0% in the group of normal cervical epithelia,cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and cervical carcinomas,respectively.There were statistically significant among three groups(P<0.01) and between normal cervical epithelia and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Cx43 in high and moderate differentiation carcinomas(73.9%) was significantly higher than that of those in low differentiation carcinomas(7.7%).The positive expression of Cx43 was significantly associated with pathological grade(P<0.01).Conclusion It is suggested that Cx43 could act as inhibitor for the oncogenesis of the cervix.
