牙颈部开髓塑化治疗双尖牙颈部损伤并发牙髓炎临床探讨

目的　降低颈部损伤的双尖牙髓病治疗后的冠折率。方法　牙颈部开髓塑化治疗双尖牙颈部损伤并发牙髓炎。结果　在牙颈缺损大于颈宽 1/ 3时牙冠折断率显著低于牙合面开髓根管充填治疗 ;在牙颈部缺损小于颈宽1/ 3时 ,牙冠折断率无显著性差异。炎症的临床治愈率 ,两种疗法无显著性差异。结论　牙颈部开髓塑化治疗双尖牙颈部损伤并发牙髓炎是一种效果肯定的微创疗法。

A Clinical Discussion on Secondary Pulpitis of Bicuspid with Neck Lesion Treated with Odontotomy and Resinfying Therapy in Neck of Tooth

Objective To reduce the crown fracture of bicuspid with neck lesion after being treated for the pulpitis. Mehods In the neck of tooth odontotolomy and resinfying therapy were applied to treat secondary pulpitis of bicuspid with neck lesion . Results When lesion being more than one third of neck the rate of crown fracture treated with resinfying therapy in neck was apparently lower than that with root canal therapy on occlusal surface.but there was no significant difference in the other case of neck lesion.No significant difference was found about the cure rate of pulpitis by both methods. Conclusion In neck of tooth,exposing pulp and resinfying therapy was an effective slight wound therapy to secondary pulpitis of bicuspid with neck lesion.
