HPLC测定抗感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚含量

目的：建立用HPLC测定抗感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量。方法：色谱柱为SymmetryC18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-水（15∶85）;柱温为30℃,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为257nm。结果：对乙酰氨基酚在4.998～499.8μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9994,n=5）,平均回收率为100.66%,RSD为1.3%。结论：本方法简便、快速、准确,适应于抗感冒片中对乙酰氨基酚的含量测定。

Content determination of paracetamol in Kangganmao Tablets by HPLC

Objective： To establish determination method for the content of paracetamol in Kangganmao Tablets. Methods： The chromatographic column was Symmetry C18 （4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm）, the mobile phase consisted of methanol-water （15：85）,the column temperature was 30℃,the flow rate of 1.0 ml/min,the UV detection wavelength was 257 nm.Resuits： The linear range of concentration of paracetamol was 4.998-499.8 μg/ml.The average recovery was 100.66% with RSD of 1.3%.Conclusion： The method is simple,fast and accurate. It is suitable for content determination of paracetamol in Kangganmao Tablets.
