中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病100例临床观察

目的观察中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法200例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为2组,治疗组100例用克糖益肾胶囊加西药治疗,对照组100例单用西药治疗。2组均连续用药3个月,观察治疗前后2组疗效及24h尿蛋白定量、血糖、血脂。结果治疗组总有效率97.0%,对照组为72.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组临床症状改善,24h尿蛋白定量治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),对照组24h尿蛋白定量治疗前后无显著性差异(P>0.05),2组治疗后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、甘油三酯、胆固醇治疗前后比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效确切。

Efficacy observation on the treatment of 100 cases of diabetic nephropathy by combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine on diabetic nephropathy. Methods 200 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. 100 patients in treatment group were treated by Ketangyishen capsule combined with western medicines; the other 100 patients in control group were treated only by western medicine, with a treatment course of 3 months for both groups. The 24h quantity of urinary protein, blood glucose and blood fat were observed before and after treatment in both groups. Results The total effective rates in treatment group and control group were 97.0% and 72.0% respectively. The clinical symptoms were improved in treatment group,and there was a significant difference in 24h quantity of urinary protein before and after treatment ( P <0.01 ),however, there was no significant difference in 24h quantity of urinary protein before and after treatment in control group ( P >0.05).There was a significant difference in 24h quantity of urinary protein after treatment between two groups( P <0.01). In treatment group there were significant differences in fasting blood glucose, the blood glucose 2 hours after meal, triglyceride and cholesterol before and after treatment ( P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine is effective in treating diabetic nephropathy.
