| 摘 要： | 目的 观察维甲酸联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的近期疗效。方法 将 12 0例晚期非小细胞肺癌随机分为 2组 ,治疗组 6 0例采用维甲酸口服加CAP或MVP方案化疗 ,对照组单纯用CAP或MVP方案化疗。结果 治疗组 6 0例中 ,症状完全缓解 7例 ,部分缓解 30例 ,稳定 13例 ,进展 10例 ,有效率 (6 2 %) ,与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 维甲酸联合化疗能有效地克服肿瘤细胞的耐药性 ,病人的耐受性好 ,有效率高 ,是目前肿瘤治疗较好的方法 ,有必要进一步研究和推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the short-term curative effects of combined chemotherapy with vitamin A acid on late tretinoin.Methods 60 cases in the treatment group were treated with CAP of MVP chemotherapy and vitamin A acid.60 cases in the contrast group received CAp or MVP therap only.Results In the treatment group,30 cases got complete remission,30 cases got partial remission,13 cases got stable control of the symptoms and other 10 cases got some improved.The total effective rate was 62%.There existed significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined chemotheropy with vitamin A acid can effectively overcome the drug resistance of tumor cells and can produce satisfactory curative effects,there fore,it deserves to be further researched and applied. |
