| 摘 要： | 目的全面总结吉林省地方性砷中毒的现状及防治对策。方法对吉林省开展地方性砷中毒调查工作以来的资料以及防治工作情况进行全面系统的分析。结果截止到2007年，最后确认在吉林省西部的通榆县、洮南市、大安市、乾安县、长岭县、扶余县、双辽市等7个县（市），共存在饮水高砷区298个；在通榆县、洮南市、双辽市存在饮水型地方性砷中毒病区41个，均为轻病区。共查出砷中毒患者290人，主要以轻度患者为主，临床表现主要以掌跖部位的角化为主，少部分患者伴有皮肤色素的沉着和脱失，尚未发现明确诊断的皮肤癌患者。结论吉林省存在饮水型地方性砷中毒病区及饮水高砷区，需进一步开展病情调查。 |
