原发性高血压患者服药依从性的影响因素及对策

目的调查影响原发性高血压患者服药依从性的相关因素，为提高患者的服药依从性提供依据。方法采用问卷调查的方式，对220例原发性高血压患者进行调查。结果原发性高血压患者服药依从性主要受年龄大小、居住地区、高血压的并发症、药物副作用、降血压药物的种类与次数、医患关系的影响（P〈O．05），性别、文化程度、家庭经济收入差异无统计学意义（P〉O．05）。结论原发性高血压患者普遍存在着服药依从性差的问题，应加强患者及其家属的健康教育，加强社区高血压的管理、监测，合理使用降血压药物，预防药物不良反应，加强医患沟通。

Factors Affecting Drug Compliance in Patients with Essential Hypertension and Its Promotion Strategies

Objective To investigate factors influencing drug compliance of patients with essen- tial hypertension so as to provide evidence for improving drug compliance in such patients. Methods 220 patients with essential hypertension at the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medi- cal University from January 2012 to September 2013 were investigated with questionnaires. Re- sults Drug compliance of patients with essential hypertension was mainly affected by age, loca- tion, complications of hypertension, drug side effects, types and frequency of use of antihy- pertensive drug, and relationship of physician and patients（P〈0.05）. Gender, education, family income had no statistical difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion The poor drug compliance is prevalent with essential hypertension of patients, so improvement should be made in health education in patients with essential hypertension and their families, community hypertension management, reasonable use of antihypertensive drug, preventing the side effects of drugs, and communica- tion of physician-patient.
