糖尿病合并阿尔茨海默病患者综合护理方法探索

目的：探索对糖尿病合并老年痴呆患者高效可行的综合护理方法。方法：对我院2007至2009年入院的22例糖尿病合并老年痴呆患者采取心理、饮食、安全、智能训练等综合护理,观察患者出院时间、智力恢复情况、餐后2小时血糖。结果：综合护理的22例患者生活自理能力提高,定向力、认知力改善,餐后2小时血糖降低,出院时间提前。结论：糖尿病合并老年痴呆实行综合护理手段对减少住院时间,降低血糖,提高病人生活质量非常重要。

THE METHODS OF NURSING CARE IN DIABETIC PATIENTS WITH ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE

Objective：To explore the efficient and feasible methods of comprehensive care in diabetes with Alzheimer＇s patients.Methods：22 cases of diabetes with Alzheimer＇s patients fram 20072009 fram our hospital were cared by taking psychology,food,security,intelligence training,and other comprehensive care methods.The time of patients discharged from hospital,mental recovery,2-hour postprandial blood glucose were observed in our test.Results：Self-care ability,orientation ability,cognitive improvement were improved by comprehensive care,2-hour postprandial blood glucose were reduced,the time of patients discharged from hospital was dis-charged ahead of schedule.Conclusion： Implement comprehensive care is very important to diabetes with Alzheimer＇s patients in reducing the time of stay and blood glucose,improving the quality of life.
