摘    要:
目的 建立测定大批量血清样品中多种元素的检测方法.方法 血清样品用1%硝酸稀释3倍后,应用动态反应池电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)同时测定铍(Be)、铝(Al)、锰(Mn)、钒(V)、铬(Cr)、铁(Fe)、钴(Co)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、锌(Zn)、砷(As)、硒(Se)、钼(Mo)、银(Ag)、镉(Cd)、锑(Sb)、钡(Ba)、铊(Tl)、铅(Pb)、钍(Th)、铀(U)共21种元素.结果 各元素的检出限为0.001~0.0711μg/L,线性相关系数r≥0.999,相对标准偏差<5%,方法回收率为90%~ 114%.用Seronorm Trace Elements Serum L-1 LOT 0903106作标样质控,检测结果与标准值吻合.结论 该方法简化了前处理过程,具有操作简单、快速、灵敏、准确等优点,完全可以满足测定要求.

Abstract:
Objective To establish a method to directly determine 21 elements in serum by dynamic reaction cell inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (DRC-ICP-MS).Methods The serum samples were diluted with 1% nitric acid by 3 times.The inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) was used simultaneously to detect the serum concentrations of 21 elements (Be,Al,Mn,V,Cr,Fe,Co,Ni,Cu,Zn,As,Se,Mo,Ag,Cd,Sb,Ba,Tl,Pb,Th,U).Results The detection limits of all elements were between 0.001~0.071 μg/l.Standard linear correlation coefficients (r) were ≥ 0.999.Standard deviations were less than 5 %,the recovery rates were 90%~114%.Standard reference materials were used for quality control standards and the analysis results conformed with the certified values.Conclusion The present method is a simple,rapid,sensitive and accurate method for detecting the serum samples.
