北京万寿路地区老年人高血压患病情况及其相关因素分析

目的调查北京万寿路地区年龄≥60岁老年人群高血压的患病水平及相关因素。方法选择2009年9月～2010年6月北京万寿路地区5个社区的2071例年龄≥60岁老年人的健康状况调查数据,运用横断面设计的统计学方法进行分析。结果高血压患病率71.6%,男性68.1%,女性74.0%,标准化患病率70.7%,男性67.6%,女性73.4%。调整了年龄、性别、文化程度、婚姻状况、退休前职业等因素后,多因素分析显示,TG、空腹血糖、腰围、超重、肥胖、高血压家族史为高血压的危险因素,HDL-C和体重过低为高血压的保护因素。结论该地区老年人群高血压患病水平高,其发病与多种因素有关,而不良的生活方式可能是高血压发生的重要影响因素。

A study on status and risk factors of hypertension among the elders in Beijing Wanshoulu community

Objective To study the prevalence and risk factors of hypertension in the elders aged 60 or above in Beijing Wanshoulu community.Methods A cross-sectional survey from September 2009 to June 2010 was carried out in 5 residential communities or streets in Wanshoulu area and 2071 subjects(833 males and 1238 famales) were included.Results The prevalence of hypertension was 71.6%(68.1%in males and 74.0%in famales),and age-standardized prevalence was 70.7%(67.6%in males and 73.4%in famales).Multiple-variables logistic regression analysis showed that triglyceride level,fasting plasma glucose,waist,overweight,fatness,family history of hypertension were the risk factors of hypertension,high density lipoprotein level and BMI<18.5 kg/m~2 were preventive factor.After being adjusted for age,gender,education,marital status,occupation before retirement.Conclusions The prevalence of hypertension in present elder population was higher than in general population,and an unhealthy lifestyle might be the important risk factor.
