四君子汤对脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响

目的探讨四君子汤对脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎的治疗作用及机理。方法在复制大鼠脾气虚型慢性萎缩性胃炎模型的基础上,予四君子汤不同剂量治疗,同时设空白对照组,测定各组大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的改变,并计算胸腺指数和脾指数。结果四君子汤低、中、高剂量组CD3 、CD4 阳性细胞数明显升高,CD8 阳性细胞数明显减少,CD4 /CD8 比值升高,与模型组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05,P<0.01);胸腺指数、脾指数明显升高,与模型组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05,(P<0.01);高剂量组与低剂量组比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论四君子汤可以显著调节慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠外周血T淋巴细胞亚群数目,增加胸腺指数和脾指数,提高机体免疫功能,且高剂量组效果更显著。

The Effect of Si Jun Zi Tang on the Subgroup Number of Peripheral Blood T Lymphocyte of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis-Suffering Rats of Insufficient Spleen-qi Type

Objective: To discuss the effect of Si Jun Zi Tang on the chronic atrophic gastritis of insufficient spleen-qi type and its mechanism. Methods: After the model rats of chronic atrophic gastritis are made,Si Jun Zi Tang of different dosages is given.Meanwhile,control group is set up so as to examine the change of each group's peripheral blood T lymphocyte subgroup and calculate the index number of thymus and spleen.Results: CD3 CD4 positive cell number of the group treated by Si Jun Zi Tang is increased obviously while CD8 positive cell number is increased obviously,the ratio of CD4 /CD8 rises. Compared with model group,there exists significant difference(p<0.05);the index number of thymus and spleen is increased(p<0.01).Conclusions: Si Jun Zi Tang can obviously regulate the subgroup number of T lymphocyte of chronic atrophic gastritis-suffering rats,increase the index number of thymus and spleen,and promote the organic immunity.The effect of the group with Si Jun Zi Tang of large dosage carries most significant effect.
