摘    要:目的了解血液患者感染病原菌分布情况及耐药性分析。方法用KB纸片扩散法对血液病患者分离的146株病原菌进行药敏试验统计分析。结果391例血液病患者标本,培养出146株,阳性率37.34%,其中G-菌占50%,G 菌占26.71%,真菌占23.29%。大肠埃希菌、铜绿假单胞菌、肺炎克雷伯菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌为常见菌。结论血液病患者感染病原菌以G-菌为主,G-菌以亚胺培南最为敏感,其次是头孢哌酮/舒巴坦;G 以万古霉素、呋喃妥因最为敏感。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of pathogens causing infection in hematological patients.METHODS The antibiotic susceptibility of 146 strains pathogens from hematological patients were analyzed by Kirby-Bauer test with statistics.RESULTS A total of 146 strains of pathogens were isolated from 391 cases of hematological patients,the isolation rate was 37.34%,50% of which were Gram-negative bacteria,and 26.70% were Gram-positive ones,23.28% were fungi.Escherichia coli,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Candida albicans,Klebsiella pneumoniae,Staphylococcus aureus and S.epidermidis often appeared.CONCLUSIONS The main pathogens causing infection in patients were Gram-negative bacteria,Gram-negative bacteria were especially sensitive to imipenem,the next was cefoperazone/sulbactam.Gram-positive bacteria were especially sensitive to vancomycin and nitrofurantoin.
