慢性前列腺炎患者健康教育研究

目的 调查分析慢性前列腺炎(CP)的影响因素,从而为该病的健康教育提供科学依据。方法 以318例慢性前列腺炎患为研究对象,经焦虑自评量表(SAS)测评及自制调查表调查,分析CP患的心理状态、化层次、生活习惯等因素与该病的关系。结果 CP患缺乏该病相关知识,其发病、转归与生活习惯和心理状态密切相关。结论 (1)CP不单纯是器质性疾病。它与焦虑状态互为因果。(2)通过健康教育对CP患进行心理干预和行为纠正对该病的恢复有利。(3)对CP患进行健康教育应针对个体采用综合方法效果为好。(4)对CP患进行健康教育重点内容是：CP有关的医学知识、心理状态与CP的关系。建立良好的生活和卫生习惯,帮助患掌握促进CP恢复的有关技能,帮助CP患树立正确的性心理并取得配偶的理解和支持。

Study of Health Education on Patients with Chronic Prostatitis

objective To analyze the factors influencing chronic prostatitis to provide scientific proof for its health education. Methods: Altogether 318 subjects with chronic prostatitis were taken into this research. They were investigated with SAS evaluation and self-made investigating tables to analyze the relationship between this disease and their psychological state,educational level and living habit. Results The patients were short of the relevant knowledge about this disease. Its onset and prognosis had close relation with living habit and psychological state. Conclusion (1)Chronic prostatitis is not only a pathological disorder,but also connective with anxiety state. (2)It is helpful to psychological interfering and action correcting with health education during this disease recovery.(3)Health education for this disease should be pointed at the individual patient with synthetic methods. (4)The important contents of health education for the patients are that they must learn medical knowledge about chronic prostatitis' understanding the relationship between chronic prostatitis and psychological state,keeping a good living and hygiene habit,holding up some skill to accelerate the disease's recovery,setting up correct sexual psychology and getting the understanding and support from his wife.
