未成年犯自尊心理健康水平的相关研究

目的 探讨未成年犯自尊与心理健康水平的关系，为维护未成年犯心理健康提供依据。方法 抽取某未成年犯管教所关押的未成年犯166名为犯罪组，以某普通中学学生及部分待业人员195名为对照组，采用自尊调查表（SEI）、SCL-90量表和抑郁状态问卷（DSI）进行调查。结果 犯罪组SCL-90除强迫和人际关系敏感因子外，其余均高于对照组；SEI均分显著低于对照组，DSI均分显著高于对照组。犯罪组高自尊者SCL-90各因子分显著高于低自尊者，对照组高自尊者SCL-90各因子分均显著低于低自尊者；2组高自尊者DSI均分显著低于低自尊者。犯罪组SEI与SCL-90各因子呈正相关（与总分和强迫，抑郁、焦虑、精神病性因子相关显著，P〈0．05），与DSI呈显著负相关；对照组SEI与SCL-90各因子及DSI呈非常显著负相关。结论 未成年犯的自尊水平对心理健康状况有一定影响。

The Relationship Between Self-esteem and Psychological Health of Juvenile Delinquents

Objective To explore the relationship between juvenile delinquents'(JD) self-esteem and psychological health,and to provide evidence for their mental health protection.Methods A total of 166 JDs were sampled as criminal group and 195 middle school students or unemployed juveniles were sampled as control.Then they were tested with SEI,SCL-90 and DSI.Results Scores of SCL-90 in criminal group were higher than in control group,excepting obsessive-compulsory and interpersonal sensitivity;average SEI was significantly lower than the control,but average DSI was significantly higher than the control.In criminal group,scores of SCL-90 of JDs with high self-esteem were higher than those with low self-esteem,but it was entirely different in control group.In criminal group,SEI was positively correlated to SCL-90(especially in the total score and the factors of compulsory-obsessive,depression,anxiety and psychotism,P<0.05) and negatively correlated to DSI.In control group,SEI was significantly correlated to SCL-90 and DSI negatively.Conclusion JDs' esteem levels have effects on their mental health.
