胃癌病人手术前后血清细胞因子分析

采用放射免疫方法，对３０例健康对照人员及２０例晚期胃癌、１１例直肠癌病人，分别测定了手术前、手术中、手术后一天以及手术后七天患者血清的肿瘤坏死因子（ＴＮＦ）、白细胞介素－２（ＩＬ－２）和上皮细胞生长因子（ＥＧＦ）。结果分别为ＴＮＦ在手术前、手术中及手术后一天同对照组没有显著性差别，而手术后七天升高，与对照组和手术前组比较均有显著性差别；ＩＬ－２表现为手术前、手术后一天、七天均降低，同对照组没有差别

ANALYSIS OF SERUM CYTOKINES LEVELS IN GASTRIC CANCER PATIENTS BEFORE AND AFTER SURGICAL OPERATION

RIA was used to detect the sera levels of tumor necrosis factor (TNF), interleukin-2 (IL-2) and epidermal growth factor (EGF) in 20 cases with gastric cancer and 11 cases with rectal cancer as well as 30 controls. The patients' sera were taken before operation, during operation, one day after operation and seven days after operation respectively. The results showed that TNF levels before operation, during operation and at one day after operation had no significant change (p>0.05) compared with those of the controls but at seven days after operation were significantly higher. The levels of IL-2 before operation, one day after operation and at seven days after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group. IL-2 levels also changed significantly after operation; IL-2 levels also raised during operation but had no significance compared with the control ones EGF levels were always significantly higher in the cancer patients (p <0.01).The results showed that patients with malignant tumor had lowered immune function but it was improved after operation. It was thought that continual monitoring of cytokines levels in patients with malignant tumor after operation might help to judge the prognosis.
