应用膝胸卧位对妇科腹腔镜术后肩部疼痛影响的研究

目的 研究膝胸卧位对妇科腹腔镜术后肩部疼痛的缓解效果,为妇科腹腔镜手术患者的术后护理提供参考.方法 本研究选择60例妇科腹腔镜术后存在肩部疼痛的患者,分为实验组和对照组,实验组在常规护理的基础上给予3次膝胸卧位治疗,对照组只给予常规术后护理.在术后20 h、48 h采用疼痛视觉模拟量表法,评估肩部疼痛的程度,评价膝胸卧位对肩部疼痛的影响.结果 术后20 h实验组疼痛评分(6.90±1.42),对照组疼痛评分(6.70±1.32),2组患者疼痛评分比较无统计学意义,术后48 h实验组疼痛评分(2.33±1.51),对照组疼痛评分(3.37±1.75),2组疼痛评分比较有统计学意义.在实施过程中患者未出现明显不良反应.结论 膝胸卧位对腹腔镜术后肩部疼痛有明显的缓解效果.

Study on influence of knee-chest position on shoulder pain after gynaecological laparoscopy

Objective To study the palliative effect of knee-chest position on shoulder pain after gynaecological laparoscopy, and to provide the reference for postoperative nursing of patients undergoing gynaecological laparoscopy. Methods 60 cases with shoulder pain after gynaecological laparoscopy were divided into the experiment group and the control group. 3 times of knee-chest position therapy were given to the patients in the experiment group on the basis of routine nursing. The control group only received the conventional postoperative nursing. The visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the degree of shoulder pain 20 h and 48 h after the operation, and the influence of knee-chest position on shoulder pain was evaluated. Results The scores of pain 20 h after the operation had no statistical meaning in the two groups, but there was a statistical meaning 48 h after the operation. There was no bad reaction during the administration. Conclusions Knee- chest position has obvious effect of alleviating the shoulder pain after gynaecological laparescopy.
