| 摘 要： | 目的 研究 p16抑癌基因在大肠癌发生发展中的作用。方法 应用免疫组化 SABC法分别检测 2 3例大肠癌及 2 1例癌瘤手术切除的切缘组织 P16蛋白表达。结果 发现 p16抑癌基因在大肠癌组织中的阳性率为 65 .2 % ,在切缘组织中的阳性率 90 .5 % ,大肠癌组织与切缘组织阳性率之比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。 P16蛋白的表达与大肠癌的组织学类型、 Dukes分期、分化程度无关 (均为 P>0 .0 5 )。结论 p16抑癌基因失活是大肠癌发生的危险因素

| Abstract: | Objective To study protein expression of p16 in genesis and development of colorectal cancer. Methods The expression of P16 protein was detected by SABC immunohistochemical method in 23 cases of colorectal cancer and 21 cases of colorectal cancer resected margin tissue. Results The positive rate of p16 expression in colorectal cancer and colorectal cancer resected tissue was 65.2 % and 90.5 % respectively, with the difference being very significant. The expression of P16 was not related to the classification of histology, Dukes stage and degree of differentiation. Conclusion p16 tumor-suppression gene inactivation was a risk factor in the genesis of colorectal cancer. |
