| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法:对经手术病理证实的7例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤的临床、病理及CT资料进行回顾性分析。结果:7例肾上腺髓样脂肪瘤中,右侧6例,左侧1例。CT表现为含脂肪成份的混杂密度肿块,边界清晰、光滑,增强扫描肿块内脂肪区域无强化,软组织成份有强化。术前有6例明确诊断,1例误诊为右肾上极血管平滑肌脂肪瘤。结论:CT扫描对本病的定位和定性诊断具有重要价值,为目前明确诊断的首选方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore CT methods in diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma.Methods:The CT and clinical information of 7 cases of adrenal myelolipoma confirmed by pathological and surgical result were retrospectively analyzed.Results:7 cases of adrenal myelolipoma had 6 ones at right side and 1 at left side.CT findings showed mixed density mass with clear edge containing fatty tissure without enhancement.6 cases of adrenal myelolipoma were diagnosed by CT before operation,but 1 case was misdiagnosed as angioleiomyolipoma of right kidney.Conclusion:CT is valuable in diagnosis of adrenal myelolipoma,it is the first choice of examination. |
