老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换的临床研究

摘    要:
目的 探讨人工髋关节置换术治疗老年股骨颈骨折的临床疗效.方法 选择了我院2008年3月至2012年4月收治的98例股骨颈骨折老年患者作为研究对象,所有患者均采用了人工髋关节置换术,观察患者的临床疗效和手术的相关情况.结果 98例患者经过髋关节置换术后,33例疗效为优,占33.67%;53例为良,占54.08%;10例为可,占10.20%;2例为差,占2.05%;优良率87.75%.98例患者术中出血量为(247.2±39.3)ml,手术时间为(46.7±12.8)min,卧床时间为(5.3±2.1)d,住院时间为(15.2±4.2)d.结论 老年股骨颈骨折髋关节置换术是目前临床上较为有效手术治疗方法,其具有手术时间短、术中出血少、住院时间及卧床时间短,且术后髋关节功能恢复良好,能明显提高患者术后生活质量.

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of artificial hip point replacement for treatment of femoral neck fracture.Methods 98 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures were taken as subjects.All patients were treated with artificial hip replacement surgery,to observe the clinical efficacy.Results 98 patients were all taken hip replacement surgery,33 patients were excellent,accounting for 33.67%.53 were good,accounting for 54.08%.10 bad,accounting for 10.20%.2 were worse,accounting for 2.04 %,and the excellent rate was 87.75%.98 patients with intra-operative blood loss(247.2 ± 39.3) ml,operative time(46.7 ± 12.8) min,time in bed(5.3 ± 2.1) days,hospital stay(15.2 ± 4.2) d.Conclusion Elderly patients with femoral neck fracture with hip replacement is very effective treatment with shorter operative time,less blood loss,short hospital stay and time in bed and other characteristics.After operation,the recovery ofthe hip is good and the life quality of patients is improved
