| 摘 要： | 目的：通过建立人腹膜与子宫内膜共培养模型,研究早期粘附部位子宫内膜E-cadherin的表达。方法：采用免疫组织化学法检测在位子宫内膜及子宫内膜与腹膜共同培养后粘附内膜的E-cadherin的表达。结果：（1）E-cadherin在粘附内膜的表达显著降低,与在位内膜相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。（2）子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜E-cadherin表达低于正常人,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：E-cadherin在子宫内膜异位症患者的在位内膜及粘附内膜的表达异常可能与子宫内膜异位症的发病有关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a model for culure of human peritoneum and mechanically dispersed endometrium,and observe the expression of E-cadherin in adhered endometrium.Methods： The expression of E-cadherin in eutopic and adhered endometrium were determined by immunohistochemistry method.Results： 1.The expression of E-cadherin in adhesion area is lower than that of eutopic endometrium,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）;2.The expression of E-cadherin in eutopic endometrium in people with endometriosis was lower than people without endometriosis,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusions： The abnormal expression of E-cadherin in adhesion area and eutopic endometrium with endometriosis has close relationship with the etiology of endometriosis. |
