小针刀加穴位注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎88例临床观察

[目的]观察小针刀加曲安奈德穴位注射治疗肱骨外上髁炎的效果。[方法]小针刀加曲安奈德穴位注射对88例门诊肱骨外上髁炎患者进行治疗。[结果]痊愈54.54%,显效34.1%,好转11.36%,总有效率99.73%。[结论]针药结合的方法对肱骨外上髁炎周围软组织损伤小、疼痛较轻,真正体现中医传统治疗的特色,尤其适用于基层。

Clinical Observation of 88 Cases about Treating External Humeral Epicondylitis by Point Injection with a Needle Knife

[Objective] To observe the effect of treating external humeral epicondylitis by triamcinolone acetonide point injection with a needle knife.[Method] To treat 88 outpatients for external humeral epicondylitis by triamcinolone acetonide point injection with a needle knife.[Result] The recovery rate was 54.54%,significant effects 34.1%,improvement 11.36%,and total effective rate 99.73%.[Conclusion] The method of combining needles and medicine does little harm to the soft tissues around external humeral epicondylitis as well as alleviates pain.It reflects the characteristics of the Chinese traditional treatment,especially suitable for the basic level.
