| 摘 要： | [目的]探讨透热转气法对持续高热的治疗效果。[方法]对2011年10月12日至北京中医药大学东直门医院杨惠民教授处就诊的1例高热不退患者,采用透热转气法治疗,观察疗效。[结果]以"透热转气"法治疗该患者,五付药服尽发热终愈,收效甚好。[结论]透热转气法以"给邪出路,透邪外达"为治疗的核心思想,能畅达病邪沿血营气卫外出的通路,收到退热功效。 |

| Abstract: | [ Objective ] To discuss cure effect on continual fever. [Method ] Administer the method of inducing Ying heat into Qi phase to 1 case of continual fever, and observe the cure effect. [Result] The said method cured the patient, with good result. [Conclusion] The treatment is centered on the thought of ＂give way to pathogen for expelling＂, which smoothes the passage for pathogen exiting along blood-nutrient, Qi-protection, with good abatement of fever. |
