舒肝解郁胶囊合舍曲林片治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效观察

[目的]探讨舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林片治疗老年期抑郁症的疗效。[方法]将2010年4月至2011年3月于我院门诊及住院治疗80例符合诊断标准的老年期抑郁症患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组用舒肝解郁胶囊合舍曲林片治疗,对照组单用舍曲林片,疗程8周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD,17项),评定疗效。采用治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定安全性。[结果]2组治疗8周后HAMD评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗第1周时治疗组HAMD评分的下降较治疗前有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后治疗组分数下降较对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗8周末治疗组总有效率72.5%,对照组总有效率90%,治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组TESS评分在治疗后1、2、4及8周末差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。1年后随访,治疗组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]舒肝解郁胶囊联合舍曲林片治疗老年期抑郁症起效快,安全性良好,副作用无明显增加,可降低复发率。

Shugan Jieyu Capsule and Sertraline Tablets Treat Senile Depression

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of Shugan Jieyu Capsule and Sertraline Tablets on senile depression.[Method] Randomly divide 80 such cases into treatment group and control group;the treatment group were treated with Shugan Jieyu（stretch liver to remove depression） Capsule and Sertraline Tablets,the other only Sertraline Tablets;both for 8w.Take HAMD to evaluate the cure effect and take TESS to evaluate the safety.[Result] After 8w,HAMD score was lower than before treatment;at 1w,the HAMD decrease was of statistical meaning;the decrease of treatment group compared with other group was of statistical meaning;at 8w,the total effective rate was 72.5%,other 90%,the treatment was better than control one;the TESS score at 1,2,4 and 8w,the difference between both had no statistical meaning.Following up after 1 year,the recurrence rate of thte treatment group was lower than control one.[Conclusion] Shugan Jieyu Capsule and Sertraline Tablets treating senile depression was speedy,had good safety,without marked increasing side effects,and could reduce recurrence rate.
