| 摘 要： | 中药在成骨领域中的研究与应用不断地发展与突破,但其作用机理还有待进一步的深入研究。本研究就中药对骨髓间充质干细胞向成骨细胞分化、成骨细胞分化和增殖、成骨细胞功能表达、成骨细胞信号通路调控的影响进行了综述,为成骨中药临床应用提供新的思路与依据。

| Abstract: | Nowadays traditional Chinese medicines enhancing bone formation are extensively studied. However, the mechanisms of them are still unclear, which are needed to be studied further. The purpose of this study is to review the effects of traditional Chinese medicines on the differentiation, proliferation, functional gene expression and regnlation of signal pathway of osteoblasts, as well as the osteogemc differentiation of BMSCs. This review might provide a novel idea and basis for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicines with the effect of osteogenesis. |
