中药内服外用法治疗慢性盆腔炎性包块疗效观察

[目的]通过自制中药散剂外敷和中药灌肠并结合口服中药汤剂治疗慢性盆腔炎(Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease,CPID)性包块,并观察其疗效。[方法]选择2010年8月至2011年7月我院收治的37例CPID性包块患者,根据患者意愿,将其分为治疗组19例,对照组18例。治疗组采用我院自制中药散剂外敷和中药灌肠合并口服中药汤剂进行治疗,7～10d为1个疗程;对照组采用西药抗生素治疗为主,5d为1个疗程,1疗程/月,3次经期为一个观察期,观察两组疗效。[结果]对照组总有效率为66.67%,治疗组总有效率为89.47%,治疗效果治疗组明显好于时照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]采用中医内服外用手法,对治疗CPID性包块具有明显疗效。

Oral Taking and External Use of TCM Treat Chronic Pelvic Inflammation Mass

[Objective] To observe the cure effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease（CPID） mass treated with self-made TCM powder for external use and enema combining with oral taking. [Method] Randomly divide 37 cases into treatment group（n=lg） and control one（n=18）; the treatment group takes the method above; control one, western medicine antibiotics, 3 periods as a observa- tion course, observe their effects. [Result] The total effective rate was 66.67% for control group, and 89.47% for other group, the treatment grotzp was much better than control one, the comparison of difference had marked statistical meaning. [Conclusion] Taking TCM orally and external use has obvious cure effect on CPID.
