消遥散加味治疗女性痤疮72例

[目的]探讨消遥散加味对女性痤疮的临床疗效和副作用。[方法]选取2009年9月至2011年9月来我院门诊治疗的142例女性痤疮患者,中医辩证为肝郁血虚,脾失健运,化火生热型病例。随机分为对照组70例和治疗组72例,对照组内服维甲酸类药物治疗,治疗组以消遥散加味治疗,两组均治疗4周,观察临床疗效与副作用。[结果]治疗组总有效率为88.89%,与对照组85.71%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组副反应比较,治疗组出现皮肤红斑干燥、痘痒、头痛、恶心呕吐等胃肠道症状,药物依赖均显著少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]消遥散加味治疗女性痤疮疗效,具有显著,价格低,副作用小等优点。

Revised Xiaoyao Powder Treat Female Acne 72 Cases

[Objective] To study the clinical cure effect and side effects of revised Xiaoyao Powder on female acne. [Method] 142 cases of such patiens diagnosed in TCM as depressed liver and deficient blood, dysfunctional spleen, fire-transmission for heat, were randomly divided into 2 groups, 70 cases in control group, 72 in another; the treatment group was treated with revised Xiaoyao Powder, control with vitamin A acid; both for 4w, observe the clinical effect and side effects. [Result] In treatment group, total effective rate was 88.89%, control 85.71%, the difference had statistical meaning; on side effects, the dry skin with red spot, itching pox, headache, nausea, vomiting and other gastro-intestinal symptoms, as well as drug-dependence were all less in treatment group than control group, with difference of statistical meaning. [ Conclusion ] Revised Xiaoyao Powder has marked cure effect on female acne, cheap, with little side effects.
