彩色多普勒超声在输尿管结石中的应用

目的通过对3296例疑似输尿管结石超声诊断的回顾性分析,探讨、提高输尿管结石的诊断水平。方法对3296例疑似输尿管结石患者,采用不同的检查体位、方法,重点扫查三个生理性狭窄部,并对显示不清的中、下段输尿管结石,采取多种方法,再行扫查。结果超声检查直接显示上段输尿管结石837例,中段结石80例,输尿管下段结石1525例,初次未发现输尿管结石854例,其中采取多种方式进一步检查,检出输尿管结石583例,其他未检出271例。结论彩色多普勒超声检查,简单、快捷,对输尿管结石的诊断符合率很高,有很好的临床实用价值。
