| 摘 要： | 目的探讨护理干预对乳腺癌患者手术治疗的影响。方法对197例乳腺癌患者在围手术期密切观察病情,依照护理程序制定护理措施并实施,使其接受手术并顺利康复。结果通过健康教育、心理护理、饮食指导、患侧肢体功能锻炼等方面的护理干预,解决了乳腺癌患者围手术期的心理问题与身体康复障碍,增强了患者战胜疾病的信心。结论通过对乳腺癌患者围手术期的护理干预,提高了患者的治疗依从性,使其顺利完成治疗,从而提高远期生存率和生存质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore nursing care intervention for operative therapy effect of breast cancer patients. Methods To observe sick circumstances strictly for 197 case breast cancer patients during perioperative period, formulate nursing measures and adapting accord to nursing procedure,made them accept operation and recover smoothly.Results By nursing care intervention of health education,psychological care, diet guidance,sick side up limb function to take exercise ,resolving psychological and physical problem of breast cancer patients during perioperative period, increasing their confidence to overcome disease.Conclusion By nursing intervention for breast cancer patients during perioperative period, increasing their therapy compliance,make them complete treatment successfully,so improving their long-term exist rate and life quality. |
