远程医疗诊治心血管疾病30例

远程医疗(Telemedicine)是近年来随着计算机和通讯技术发展而发展起来的新的诊疗方法.我院1995年开发成功远程医疗会诊系统,并在江苏、浙江、河南等地建立15个远程会诊网点.从1995年10月至1996年8月间,会诊疑难危重病人294例,其中心血管疾病30例,占10.2%,为各科会诊之首.30例病人中男23例,女7例,冠心病包括心肌梗塞或心绞痛共16例,占53.3%.通过会诊提供诊断帮助7例(23.3%),提供治疗帮助9例(30%),两者兼有之14例(46.7%).远程会诊方便了病人,节约了费用,使边远地区病人能得到大城市一流水平的医疗服务,是值得推广和发展的新技术.

Analysis on new clinical practice for 30 cases of Cardiovascular disease through telemedicine.

The first telemedicine system in Shanghai was developed by Zhong Shan Hospital in 1995. Our system has connected with 15 network points of accordingly remoting consultation, in Jiang Su, Zhejiang and Henan province From Oct. 1995 to Aug. 1996, the total 294 cases of different kinds have been consulted through the telemedicine system of Zhong Shan hospital, in which the first rank is cardiovascular disease (30 cases, 10. 2%) with 16 cases of coronary disease (53. 5% of cardiovascular group). As to the consulting purposes, 7 cases were for diagnostic aim, 9 cases for treatment and 14 cases for both arms. It showed that the telemedicine is a new application of combining electronic communication and medical practice, which is not only convenient for the patients and saves expense, but also improves the medical quality of the local hospitals.
