| 摘 要： | 20～40％的脑卒中患者，无论其此前是否诊断为糖尿病，均可在卒中发生后出现高血糖，称为卒中后高血糖（post stroke hyperglycemia，PSH）。PSH是脑卒中预后的一个重要预测因子，PSH能预测脑卒中患者的死亡风险及神经功能恢复情况。 |

| Abstract: | Data show that 20 to-40% of stroke patients, regardless of whether a previous diagnosis of diabetes, can occur in high blood glucose after stroke, known as hyperglycemia after stroke （ post stroke hyperglycemia PSH）. PSH is an important predictor of prognosis of stroke, PSH can predict the risk of death and recovery of neurological function for patients with stroke. |
