护理干预对铅中毒致便秘患者的影响

目的探讨护理干预对铅中毒致便秘患者与排便相关的生理心理反应的影响,以寻求一种有效的护理干预模式,提高患者的生活质量。方法将铅中毒引起便秘的患者随机分为对照组和观察组各25例,对照组按铅中毒患者常规护理加便秘常规药物治疗,观察组除按铅中毒患者常规护理加便秘常规药物治疗外,还采取具有针对性的护理干预措施。结果观察组在排便费力、大便硬结、腹胀、食欲不振、焦虑等与排便相关的生理心理反应方面明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采取具有针对性的护理干预措施能明显缓解铅中毒致便秘患者的不良生理和心理反应。

Effect of nursing intervention on constipation of the lead poisoning patients

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on psychological and physiological reactions related to defecation of lead poisoning patients with constipation,in order to find an effective nursing intervention model to improve their quality of life.Methods Fifty lead poisoning patients with constipation were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group was treated with the routine nursing and anti-constipation drug.The treatment group was treated with the pertinent nursing intervention measures besides the routine nursing and anti-constipation drug.Results The treatment group was superior to the control group in the psychological and physiological reactions related to defecation such as defecation strain,hard and dry stool,abdominal distention,inappetency and anxiety(P<0.05).Conclusions Special nursing intervention measures can significantly improve the adverse psychological and physiological reaction of lead poisoning patients with constipation.
