| 摘 要： | 目的：研究磷脂酰胆碱对小鼠过氧化损伤的保护作用。方法：以小鼠为试验动物，检测心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性，过氧化脂质（LPO）和脂褐素含量指标。结果：磷脂酰胆碱能有效提高心、脑组织超氧化物歧化酶（SOD）活性，降低过氧化脂质（LPO）和脂褐素含量。结论：磷脂酰胆碱具有明显的拮抗过氧化损伤、抗衰老作用。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:In this paper,we discussed the protective effect of phosphatidyl choline(PC) on peroxide damage in mice.METHODS:Mice were used as experimental animals,to determine the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the content of lipid peroxide(LPO) and lipofuscin.RESULTS:Phosphatidyl choline(PC) could increase the activity of SOD in heart and brain tissues,decreased the content of LPO and lipofuscin.CONCLUSION:Phosphatidyl choline had the effects of inhibiting the peroxide damage in heart and brain tissues. |
