微创双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折

摘    要:目的:评价微创双极人工股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的中期疗效。方法:自2006年2月至2008年8月,对31例高龄(平均73.4岁)股骨颈骨折患者实施双极人工股骨头置换术,假体采用蒙太因双极头,均为非骨水泥型。29例患者获得随访,随访2.5~6.0年,平均3.2年。采用Harris髋关节评分标准评估疗效。结果:手术切口长7~10cm,手术时间50~70min,术中出血100~240ml。Harris髋关节评分标准,优19例,良8例,中2例,差2例,优良率达87.10%。结论:微创双极人工股骨头置换术治疗股骨颈骨折是治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的较佳选择。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the medium-term effect of senile femoral neck fractures with minimally invasive bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty.Methods:From February 2006 to August 2008,31 senile patients(average age 73.4 years)with femoral neck fracture were treated by minimally invasive bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty.All prostheses(made in Beijing Montagne) were cementless bipolar head.29 patients were followed up for 2.5 to 6.0 years,with an average of 3.2 years.Efficacy was assessed according to Harris hip score system.Results:Incision length was 7~10cm,operation time was 50~70 min,and blood loss in operation was 100~240ml.Excellent efficacy 19 cases,good 8 cases,fair 2 cases and poor 2 cases.Excellent rate was 87.10%.Conclusion:Minimally invasive bipolar artificial femoral head arthroplasty is a good choice for the treatment of senile femoral neck fractures.
