基层医生营养知识认知状况的调查和分析

摘    要:
目的:了解基层医生的营养知识认知状况的分布情况,为制定相应对策提供依据。方法:采用自填式问卷方式对219名基层医生进行问卷调查。结果:医生的营养知识总得分62.8±10.9,其中基础营养知识得分为34.1±6.3,临床营养知识总得分为28.7±7.0,及格率分别为59.8%、76.7%、42.5%,基础营养知识得分显著高于临床营养知识得分。不同科室和不同年龄组的医生营养知识得分有差异。结论:基层医生的营养知识认知分布不均衡,应有针对性地采取措施提高其营养知识水平。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the status of doctors'cognition on nutrition knowledge in basic hospitals.Methods:With a self-designed questionnaire,a total of 219 doctors were selected.Results: The average score of general nutrition knowledge,basic nutrition knowledge and clinical nutrition knowledge of the doctors was 62.8±10.9,34.1±6.3 and 28.7±7.0,and the passing rate was 59.8%,76.7% and 42.5% respectively.The average score of basic clinical nutrition knowledge was higher than that of clinical nutrition knowledge.There was statistical difference among different de partments and different ages.Conclusion: The nutrtion cognition among doctors of primary hospitals is not balanced,and related strategies should be taken to enhance their nutrition knowledge level.
