基层医生营养知识认知状况的调查和分析

目的：了解基层医生的营养知识认知状况的分布情况,为制定相应对策提供依据。方法：采用自填式问卷方式对219名基层医生进行问卷调查。结果：医生的营养知识总得分62.8±10.9,其中基础营养知识得分为34.1±6.3,临床营养知识总得分为28.7±7.0,及格率分别为59.8%、76.7%、42.5%,基础营养知识得分显著高于临床营养知识得分。不同科室和不同年龄组的医生营养知识得分有差异。结论：基层医生的营养知识认知分布不均衡,应有针对性地采取措施提高其营养知识水平。

INVESTIGATION AND ANALYSIS ON NUTRITION KNOWLEDGE AMONG DOCTORS OF BASIC HOSPITALS

Objective：To investigate the status of doctors＇cognition on nutrition knowledge in basic hospitals.Methods：With a self-designed questionnaire,a total of 219 doctors were selected.Results： The average score of general nutrition knowledge,basic nutrition knowledge and clinical nutrition knowledge of the doctors was 62.8±10.9,34.1±6.3 and 28.7±7.0,and the passing rate was 59.8%,76.7% and 42.5% respectively.The average score of basic clinical nutrition knowledge was higher than that of clinical nutrition knowledge.There was statistical difference among different de partments and different ages.Conclusion： The nutrtion cognition among doctors of primary hospitals is not balanced,and related strategies should be taken to enhance their nutrition knowledge level.
