探讨和分析强直性脊柱炎患者血液流变学指标的异常

目的观察强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)患者的血液流变学指标变化,探讨血液流变性在强直性脊柱炎发生机制中的可能作用。方法对强直性脊柱炎患者40例和普通体检者30例(均为男性)的血液流变学指标进行统计分析。结果和对照组相比,患者组的红细胞压积和水洗红细胞低切显著降低(P<0.01,P<0.05),而全血黏度、血浆黏度和纤维蛋白原则显著升高(P<0.01～0.05)。结论强直性脊柱炎患者普遍存在血液流变学异常,提示血液流变学异常可能会导致强直性脊柱炎患者微循环障碍,且随着病程的进展而有加重趋势。

The Investigation and Analysis of the Hemorrheological Disorders in Patients with Ankylosing Spondylitis

Objective To study the hemorrheology changes in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.Method To compare the difference of the hemorrheological indexes between the patient group with ankylosing spondylitis(40 cases) and control group(30 cases).All subjects were male.Result The whole blood viscosity,the plasma viscosity and the fribronogen levels in the patinet group were significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.01~0.05).Whereas the HCT and the erythrocyte low shear rate were significantly decreased in the patient group(P<0.05 and 0.01).Conclusion The hemorrheology disorders are quite often in the patients with ankylosing spondylitis.These disorders may induce the disorder of microcirculation in the patients and become more and more serious with the development of the disease.
